how long is the filming day?

You can expect us to be in your office from 8:30am - 5:30pm; just like your typical office hours. So, we will need to close down the office for this filming day. We also have a scheduled lunch break so we are all rested and ready for the next scene.

Do I need to memorize a script?

No. You do not need to memorize anything at all. We will have some interview and topics questions prepared for you in advance. All you need to do is show up.

how many videos will i receive?

You will receive 4 long form videos for your website, 15 reels for your social media and ads and a library of b-roll to use across all your marketing collateral.

can i make payments

Yes. We split the payment structure in 2 invoices. The first invoice is due at the kick off and the second will be due at the final delivery of your videos.

can we continue to use the videos after the year has ended?

Yes, but we always recommend refreshing your content at least once a year. Whether you work with us or someone else, keeping your visuals current helps build trust and shows patients that your practice is active, modern, and engaged.
